P&M Apparel is a Mom & Pop custom apparel shop that expanded to this new building from their small previous location in the Polk City town square. Constructed from a cost effective pre-engineered metal building we were able to meet the budget &. produce a final product that exceeds all of their needs

This project is a 2 phase project with Phase I being Graphite Construction Group's headquarter office building & Phase II being contractor leasing buildings

The Chicken Restaurant:

West Des Moines, IA

Completed Summer 2018

This building at the edge of town was originally a meat processing shop, then became a dive bar that remained vacant for years.

The task was to transform it into a country inspired restaurant and bar that would embrace its surroundings and take advantage of its proximity to the bike trails.
