This building provided an interesting opportunity for us to design a building that would function as a living quarters & service garage while maximizing the efficiency of the EMS vehicle routes.

Completed and inaugurated Summer 2016
This 130-year old building is listed on the National Register of Historic Places. The original hardwood floors, tin ceiling, woodwork was restored and repurposed. A new high efficiency HVAC system, new LED lighting and removal of a canvas awnings not original to the building maximize natural light and contribute to the energy efficiency of the space and preservation of quilts.
